e-Connections Research is an online tool designed to help you improve merchant service and back office efficiencies. The research engine synthesizes transaction data from disparate sources so you can rapidly respond to merchant inquiries and resolve issues with ease.

The Research module provides the ability to:

• Search for deposits, transactions, downgrades, chargebacks and credits
• View detailed transaction information, including all addendum data, within the Proof and Verification report
• Investigate qualification issues
• Produce interchange summary reports for various levels and time periods
• Generate downgrade summary reports
• Retrieve up to 13 months of historical data
• Monitor online maintenance activity
