General

Does TSYS Acquiring Solutions issue Merchant Accounts?
No. TSYS Acquiring Solutions is the industry's only pure acquirer processor that has a single-minded focus on helping our acquiring clients grow their merchant services business.

Where can I obtain a list of TSYS Acquiring Solutions' acquiring clients?
TSYS Acquiring Solutions does not release client lists. If you have a business opportunity with a merchant that would like to establish a relationship with one of our acquiring clients, please contact our Sales Team for more information: Telephone (480) 333-7799; e-mail acq-sales@tsys.com.

How can I get my POS application listed in the Partner Solutions online search?
Complete the Application Approval Testing Form (Requires Registration Approval/Login). Once the approval testing process is completed with our POS Lab, your solution(s) will be listed and available in our Partner Solutions online search.

What is the Partner ID (Group 20) data field in the EIS 1080 document and why should I include it?
The Partner ID was created to help TSYS Acquiring Solutions identify the source of transactions coming across TSYS Acquiring Solutions' processing system. The data gathered using the Partner ID is one of the criteria used to qualify our Preferred Partners. TSYS Acquiring Solutions is continually evaluating ways to leverage that useful data for our Partners.

I have written software to TSYS Acquiring Solutions platform in the past. Do I still need to complete the online registration form?
Yes. We are asking everyone, even those who have previously tested applications, to complete the new registration process.

Do you have a question that wasn't answered here?

What is the Partners approval testing process?
Approval testing is the formal testing process a Partner's application must pass in order to be considered approved. The process is initiated by the Approval Testing Request Form (Requires Login to access). After a Partner submits the completed form, a POS Lab technician contacts the Partner, provides testing scripts and schedules the official testing appointment into the TSYS Acquiring Solutions' network.

How long does the typical testing and approval process take?
The average testing and approval length is approximately 8-10 weeks for new applications. Applications adding new functionality or payment types may require less time.
